What are the available shipping options ?
Here at IVORI™ we ship using DHL & UPS Express. This method takes 5-7 business days. However please note before ordering that all shipping lines are backed up, and are delayed during these times. Once departed our warehouse, it is completely up to DHL on when it arrives.
How long do orders take to process/craft?
Normally this process takes on average of 2-4 days but with extreme demand supply chain stresses to production/raw materials it is taking longer than expected. Please allow more time for your order to be crafted. Do note orders are taking closer to 5-7 days to be crafted and processed during these times.
Do you ship to customers outside of the United States?
Yes, we now do now international shipping. However, to ship internationally we charge a fee.
Feel free to select the slower "Free Shipping" method if needed!
Address Change Policy
Items that require an address change mid processing and fulfilment will be subject to a $25 charge.
Returns Online if, within 30 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund. Items must be new and in re-sellable condition.
Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund.
Regarding Sample Purchases: Please note that samples are non-refundable. Due to the nature of samples, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on them.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return an item or items, we will credit back the cost of the item(s) less the actual shipping charges to ship the item(s) to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in may cases you will receive a refund quicker than four weeks. This time period includes transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and at the time it takes the bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If your order has been received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materials. Contact Us within 5 days of receiving the order. email@example.com
In an effort to ship orders within a 24-48 hour period, and the custom nature of this product, we are unable to interrupt the order process & shipping process to affect changes or cancellations. If you do not wish to keep your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Please note that all cancellation inquiries made after item has been shipped cannot be honored as there is no way to stop an item mid transit.
Repackage the product(s) in the original packaging and pack securely.
We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our warehouse in good condition.
If returning a knife or shear: To comply with U.S. Postal regulations, items must be wrapped to protect their point and edges from cutting through the box or padded envelope in which they are mailed. Choose the shipping carrier of your choice and return the items insured with tracking (for your protection) to the address below.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days upon receipt to process your return.
COVID NOTE: Due to COVID-19 shipping prices and timelines for heavy items have almost tripled relative to pre-COVID-19 shipping conditions.
Delays will not be deemed as a valid reason of return. We are confident that our customer support is ready to communicate and assist with any issues.
